FAQs

Usually, a well-dressed table has these:
1) Tablecloths are the base pieces that go over the whole table.

2) Table runners are stylish strips that go across the table to add more depth.

3) Placemats are individual settings that cover the table and give it shape.

4) Napkins are important for both style and purpose. When you use cloth napkins, the table looks more elegant right away.

5) Chair covers and sashes are not required but are a nice touch for special events.

The best fabric for tablecloths depends on the occasion and desired look. Here are some options:

1) Cotton—Ideal for casual dining or everyday use. It’s soft, breathable, and easy to clean.
2) Linen—Offers a more elegant, textured look, perfect for formal events. It wrinkles easily but adds a natural charm.
3) Polyester—Durable, stain-resistant, and easy to maintain. Great for both casual and formal events.
4) Silk—Luxurious and sophisticated, but best for special occasions as it requires careful handling and cleaning.

For a normal drop, measure your table and add 12 to 16 inches to each side. If you want a more dramatic, floor-length look (especially for events), you can make the drop longer.
