A: We are a proud American company that is based in the growing suburb of Round Rock, Texas. Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store. But, you can shop online with us 24/7.
Q: WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?
A: We partner with artists and small businesses from all over the world to bring you the most exquisite collections of homewares. While some of our products will be shipped from our warehouse in Round Rock, Texas, some items will be shipped directly from our vendors in India, Indonesia, Turkey, Morocco, Peru, China and many more. But, we promise you. It is worth the wait!
Q: DO YOU OFFER GIFT MESSAGING OR PACKING SLIPS WITHOUT PRICING?
A: All our shipments DO NOT include any receipt or packing slip, making it easy for gifting. You can access all your order details in your MAIA HOMES account at your convenience. However, we do not offer gift wrapping at this moment.
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Yes, we ship internationally. Our promo international shipping rate is a flat 20$ fee per order. This rate is subject to change.
Q: HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDERS?
A: We do our best to process and ship your package as soon as we can. Thus, cancelling an order after it is placed isn't always guaranteed. However, we will do our best to accomodate your situation. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at customercare@maiahomes.com

Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: You will receive an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. Please be aware that orders with multiple items may ship separately. In these cases, you will receive email notifications and tracking information for each shipment. You can also view the status of your order, and obtain tracking information in your MAIA HOMES account.
Q: WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We accept all major credit card companies: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Maia Homes gift cards issued in USD currency.
Q: IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?
A: Absolutely, yes. On any page where you are asked to enter your address, phone number or credit card information, we use a secure server that keeps your information safe. Just look for the little lock in your browser window.

A: Yes, we do. To apply for our trade program, please express your interest in an email to us with your business name, and a copy of your resale certificate & seller's permit.

A: A Kyoo-rated Homes Box is a no-commitment, theme-based, seasonal value box filled with unique, quality artisan homewares from around the world. You can purchase as many as you want and as often as you want. However, we offer 15% for a yearly subscription.
When you purchase a yearly subscription you'll receive up to 4 boxes within 365 days. You may choose to get up to 4 boxes altogether or order one at a time, and up to 4 times within 365 days.
After purchasing a yearly subscription, you will receive an email with a 100% discount code to apply to each box you wish to purchase. You may use this code up to 4 times. This code only works on all subscription boxes. If you lose this code, kindly contact customer support at customercare@maiahomes.com
If you do not customize all 4 boxes by the end of the year, we will send you surprise boxes, ensuring you receive 4 Kyoo-rated Homes boxes.
Q: WHEN WILL I GET MY BOX?
A: Usually, our Kyoo-rated Homes boxes are shipped within 1-5 business days, via USPS 3-day priority mails, unless noted otherwise.
Q: CAN I PURCHASE A BOX AS A GIFT?
A: Yes, you can. All our boxes NEVER include a receipt or packing slip, making it a perfect gift.
Q: WHAT IS A YEARLY KYOO-RATED HOMES SUBSCRIPTION?
A: Our yearly subscription is billed once only for the amount of 234.6$. When you purchase a yearly subscription you'll receive up to 4 boxes within 365 days.
You may choose to get up to 4 boxes altogether or order one at a time, and up to 4 times within 365 days.

Q: WHEN AND HOW DO I CANCEL MY YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION?
A: You may cancel your yearly subscription at anytime. Subscriptions are automatically renewed until canceled. If you would like to cancel your subscription you can do it directly through your account profile or email us at customercare@maiahomes.com and put cancellation in the subject line.
If you choose to cancel your yearly subscription before you receive all 4 boxes, every box you have received would be charged at 69$ plus applicable taxes. We would issue the remaining balance as your refund accordingly.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON KYOO-RATED HOMES BOXES?
A: Kyoo-Rated Homes box is a heavily discounted box, designed for Maia Homes Lovers and Fans. Unfortunately, all our Kyoo-Rated Homes boxes are not returnable and all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of all our Kyoo-Rated Homes boxes, as well as their Add-Ons.
Q: WHAT IF I RECEIVED DAMAGED ITEMS?
