Shipping policy

 


This policy is applicable to United States of America's orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from Maia Homes, you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN THE USA

We do not charge anything for shipping the product within the USA.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

Generally, shipments are in transit for 2 – 10 business days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 02:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 2 - 5 business days (Monday to Friday). 

All our hand-made products and furniture may take up to 4 - 16 weeks for delivery. 

 

C. DELIVERY TERMS

We use major carriers including USPS, Ups, FedEx, DHL, and others to deliver our products.


D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at customercare@maiahomes.com or Call Us +1 818-676-9117 / ‬+1 512-987-9603.

E. TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.

 

F. CANCELLATION

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

 

G. PARCELS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service within 24 - 48 hours to file a damage claim.

 

H. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA

Free shipping on all international orders (excluding some furniture) outside the USA. This rate is subject to change. Any customs or duty fees imposed by your country are not within our control. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of and address pay customs duty. In the unfortunate event that a package is held by customs for payment, we kindly request that you settle the customs/duty fee as promptly as possible. Failure to do so may result in the disposal of the package by customs. Refunds and Replacements: Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds or send replacements for packages that have been disposed of by customs due to unpaid fees.
