This policy is applicable to United States of America's orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.
A. SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN THE USA
We do not charge anything for shipping the product within the USA.
Shipping Costs: Free Shipping all across the USA.
B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 2 – 10 business days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 02:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 1 - 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
All our hand-made products and furniture may take up to 4 - 16 weeks for delivery.
C. DELIVERY TERMS
We use major carriers including Usps, Ups, FedEx, DHL, and others to deliver our products.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at customercare@maiahomes.com or Call Us +1 818-676-9117 / +1 512-987-9603.
E. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
F. CANCELLATION
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
G. PARCELS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service within 24 - 48 hours in order to file a damage claim.
H. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA
All international orders outside the USA are subject to a shipping cost of 19.99$ per order. This rate is subject to change.
